1) If you make the tutorial 5 times it will unlock a TopNaked skin for CAS

2) If you avoid Janice (the girl givin pamphlet) 10 times, another option will be available from the MC and a FUN point

3) If you raise dana lust high enough on day 1, when you spy the toilets on day 2 you will get a surprise

4) Dream sequences are unlocked:
- DANA: when you see dana with the dildo
- MIA: have sex with mia. 
- JANICE: Janice makes you a handjob
- CAS: Reach a brain tolerance of 2
They can be triggered when you go to sleep with a lust >= 50
You can talk to CAS about them if you want to decrease the frequency or not. 

5) If you spy the toilets on day 1 during the day you will catch some action 

6) In day 1 steal the sleeping pill from Janice but insted of using it with Mia, go to your apartment at night and take it yourself. This will take you to a special dream sequence with CAS and unlock a new skin for her. If you repeat this while CAS is wearing other skins the dream will adapt.

7) To unlock the CAS christmas skin you just need to talk to CAS and ask for the christmas outfit. She will ask you 3 simple questions. To unlock the Naked Christmas skin: Ask CAS to wear the Christmas outfit, then steal the sleeping pill from Janice and use it in your apartment. 

8) DEMONSTRATION:
This are the things that affect the event:

a. Relationship with Janice: Did you help her with the speech? Is she into you or into Dana?
b. Speech: Did you do a Normal Speech, a Great speech or an Explosive Speech?
c. Relationship with Dana: Are you able to invite her to the demo?
d. Visiting Mia on day 1: Is she mad? 

Of course some of those can't be combine.
